There are two ways to view Email Headers in Outlook 2010

1. Opening the Email

   • Open the email you want to view the headers for. Then click the File menu.

   

   • Click the Properties button in the menu

   

   • A new window opens, displaying the headers

   

2. Adding a Button to QAT

   • Click the down arrow at the top of the ribbon and select More Commands

     

   • Change the drop down box to All Commands

     >

   • Search for message options then click add

     

   • Finally select the email you wish to view and click the new icon
